Every quarter, staff members at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Santa Clara County get together to review individual and team objectives.

Santa Clara 카운티의 Big Brothers/Big Sisters의 직원들은 분기마다 모여서 개인과 팀의 목적을 검토한다. 

 

Each person talks about what he or she has been doing and identifies how those accomplishments have helped to achieve the agency’s aspirations.

각자 자신이 무엇을 해왔는지 말하고 그러한 업적이 그 기관의 목표를 성취하는 데 어떻게 도움이 되었는지 확인한다.

 

Then, a staff member puts a checkmark next to each of the goals and priorities (posted on the wall) that each person has helped the agency come closer to realizing.

그런 다음 한 직원이 기관이 (목표를) 실현하는 데 더 가까이 가도록 각 개인이 도왔던 (벽에 게시된) 목표와 우선 사항들 각각의 옆에 체크 표시를 한다.

 

This process is followed by rounds of applause, whoops, and hollers.

이러한 과정 다음에는 몇 차례의 박수, 와 하는 함성과 크게 놀라는 소리가 잇따른다. 

 

At the end of the session, says executive director Sheila Kriefels, “We have a visual statement about what we have all been able to accomplish as an agency.

그 시간이 끝날 때에 이사인 Sheila Kriefels는 “우리는 한 기관으로서 우리 모두가 성취할 수 있었던 것에 대한 시각적인 진술서를 가지고 있습니다. 

 

This also gives us the chance to notice any gaps between what each of one of us is doing and what we all had said we wanted the agency to achieve, and then where we might need to focus more of our energies in the future to achieve our common vision."

이것은 또한 우리에게 우리 각자가 하고 있는 일과 우리 모두가 기관이 성취하기를 원한다고 말했던 일 사이에 생긴 어떠한 차이든지 본 다음, 우리의 공통적인 비전을 성취하기 위해 미래에 우리 에너지의 더 많은 부분을 어디에 집중시킬 필요가 있는지를 볼 수 있는 기회를 줍니다.” 라고 말한다.
