In India, in the absence of a specific legislation for control and prevention of the noise pollution, one has to seek provisions in various branches of law and regulations.

인도에서는 소음공해의 통제와 방지를 위한 특별한 법이 없는 상황이므로 다양한 분야의 법률과 규정에서 (적절한) 조항을 찾아야만 한다. 

 

There has been no doubt that the available provisions in various branches of law are inadequate, unscientific and crude.

(그러나) 다양한 분야의 법률과 규정에 있는 활용 가능한 법 조항들이 부적절하고, 비과학적이며, 미숙하다는 것에는 의심의 여지가 없다. 

 

 

In most of the developed countries specific legislation has been made and scientific methods for investigation of noise pollution have been invented.

대부분의 선진국에서는 (소음공해를 다루는) 특별한 법 제정이 이루어졌고, 소음공해의 조사를 위한 과학적인 방법들이 고안 되었다. 

 

 

At present, there is no specific and detailed legislation to control the noise pollution.

현재, (인도에는) 소음 공해를 통제하기 위한 특별하고 상세한 법률 제정이 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 

 

 

However, there is an urgent neεd that the Central Government of India should manage to get a legislation passed for the control of noise pollution.

그러나 인도 중앙 정부가 소음공해의 통제를 위해 법률을 제정해 통과시켜야 할 긴박한 필요성이 있다. 

 

Some legislation regarding water and air pollution has been made in India.

수질오염과 대기오염에 관한 일부 법률제정은 이미 인도에서 이루어졌다.
